Where do you ship from?

All of our Apparel and Mug orders get processed and shipped from the United States. The rest of our products get processed and shipped from China.

 

How long does Shipping take?

After an order is placed it takes about 3-7 business days for your item(s) to be process. Once processed it takes another 3-5 business days for Apparel & Mugs, 12-20 days for any other product to ship in the US and about 14-25 business days anywhere else.

Please note that our products are fulfilled by multiple vendors, so the items in your order may arrive at different times, with different packaging.

How do I track my order once it’s been shipped?

You can track your order in multiple different ways.

  • You can go to our home page and click the “Track Your Order” tab. Once that page loads, you can enter your email and order number to track your order’s status.
  • You can also click on the tracking number that is sent to you via email to redirect you to a website where you can follow the status of your order.
  • Lastly, you can go to https://www.ups.com/ and enter your tracking number that you received via email or through the “Track Your Order” tab.

 

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do to change it?

If you have made a mistake on your order such as choosing the wrong size, colour, design etc. Please contact customerservice@shared.com to resolve any issues and/or mistakes.

 

Shirt is too small/large, how do I return it for another size? 

We are more than happy to provide you with a free size exchange. Please your exchange requests to email customerservice@shared.com and they will take care of the rest.
