Where do you ship from?

Most of our Apparel and Mug orders are processed and shipped from the United States. We do have some items that are shipped from Canada and the UK as well.

How long does Shipping take?

After an order is placed it takes from 3-7 days for your item(s) to be processed. Once processed, it can take another 3-5 business days. We always do our best to get your order sent out to you right away. There are times of the year when processing may take a little longer due to high order volume (think holidays). We generally suggest you allow for two weeks shipping.

How do I track my order once it’s been shipped?

You can track your order in multiple different ways.

  • You can go to our home page and click the “Track Your Order” tab. Once that page loads, you can enter your email and order number to track your order’s status.
  • You can also click on the tracking number that is sent to you via email to redirect you to a website where you can follow the status of your order.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 5 business days for your tracking number to update its status. The tracking will appear once the order has been processed and shipped.

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do to change it?

If you have made a mistake on your order. Please contact customerservice@shared.com to resolve any issues and/or mistakes.

Shirt is too small/large, how do I return it for another size? 

We are more than happy to provide you with a free size exchange. Please your exchange requests to email customerservice@shared.com and they will take care of the rest.
